You pay 6% VAT if your home is older than 10 years and meets the legal conditions. In all other cases you pay 21% VAT. Not sure? Just ask us when you call.

How much does drain unblocking cost?
From €170.00 excl. VAT, or €180.20 incl. 6% VAT. That includes the first hour of work and the use of our high-pressure and spiral machines.
Is the price fixed?
The basic call-out covers the first hour. If the job takes longer, each extra hour costs €55.00 excl. VAT (€58.30 incl. 6% VAT). Supplements are only added when they’re needed or when you ask for them.
Do I pay 6% or 21% VAT?
6% if your home is older than 10 years and meets the legal conditions, otherwise 21%.
When do I pay for a camera inspection?
Only when it’s needed or when you ask for it. A camera inspection costs €90.00 excl. VAT, and a report with footage €65.00 excl. VAT.
Do you charge extra in the evening or on weekends?
Evening and weekend surcharges aren’t included in the basic price. Ask which rate applies when you call.
Does travel cost extra?
Within 30 km of Vilvoorde, travel is included in the basic price, provided the site is normally accessible. Parking costs, for example in Brussels, aren’t included.
